Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received and in its original, unopened packaging. Opened bags cannot be returned for hygiene and food safety reasons.

How to initiate a return To start a return, contact us at contact.houseoflatte@gmal.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including for international returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged or incorrect items Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can address the issue promptly. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Casa Ube.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.

Non-returnable items Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
